Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.

Join Our Weekly Class
Classes are calming, slow, and tailored to those present, including gentle movement, passive stretching, therapeutic breathing, visualization and beginning meditation skills with an emphasis on relaxation. If you have severe post traumatic stress, arthritis or any condition which makes stillness uncomfortable, please contact Brooke before attending. Restorative yoga is considered by many to be the most advanced yoga practice. This class may be just what you need, but we want to be sure that the class will be a safe, comfortable and positive experience.
