Energize the body and settle the mind. Basic meditation guidance will be offered. Plan to sit for as long as you like; I will stay present for about thirty minutes. This service is offered on a donation-basis. No experience necessary. Download Please email me at and I will send you the Meeting I.D. link for video and phone conferencing. Twenty minutes of daily meditation is suggested to achieve states of short- and long-term therapeutic relaxation.


Restorative Yoga – Yoga Nidra – Meditation for Mental and Emotional Wellbeing

You will be expertly guided through Restorative poses, with some active movement, facilitating meditative relaxation, to promote a deep, integrative, calming, clarifying and refreshing experience.

Yoga nidra is guided, mental body-scanning. Simple, mini-meditations end each class.

Those with little or no Yoga experience are welcome. Appropriate for those new to Yoga or with an established practice, for seniors and for those in recovery. All body sizes, all fitness levels welcome!
